Thinking about enrolling in our Hair Revival Program but want to know what actually happens month to month? Here's a realistic walkthrough.

Week 1: Assessment and diagnosis

Your first consultation covers your hair loss pattern, scalp condition, diet, stress levels and overall dosha constitution — hair loss is rarely just about the scalp, as we explain in our Ayurveda for hair loss guide. Based on this, the doctor prescribes a specific oil (often Bhringraj or Neelibhringadi based) and internal medicine.

Weeks 1–4: Building the routine

You'll follow a daily or alternate-day oil application routine alongside internal medicine. This early phase is about consistency — most patients don't see dramatic change yet, and that's expected.

Month 1 follow-up

Your first follow-up consultation reviews how your scalp and hair fall have responded. Adjustments are made here — sometimes to the oil, sometimes to the internal medicine dosage or diet guidance.

Months 2: Consolidation

By this stage, many patients report noticeably reduced hair fall. The focus shifts to consolidating gains and supporting new growth through continued treatment and diet discipline.

Month 3: Final assessment and maintenance plan

Your final consultation in the program assesses overall progress and hands you a maintenance routine — because hair health, once improved, still needs ongoing care to sustain.

What results are realistic?

Most patients notice reduced hair fall within 6–8 weeks, with visible regrowth typically becoming apparent around the 3-month mark, consistent with natural hair growth cycles. Results vary by individual cause and severity.
